Trips are driven by independent licensed operators affiliated with Taxivago. The operators own their cars and hold their own permits. We handle bookings, dispatch around the clock, fares, quality and complaints. It is the classic model for a Danish taxi dispatch office, and it is what ensures that every car under our name meets the same standard.
